Medusa Olympic Curl Bar
The Medusa Olympic Curl Bar has a diamond knurled grip allowing for a better grip on the barbell. This Curl Barbell is perfect for isolating your upper arm muscles and each set of grips strategically targets the inner and outer bicep heads. Any 2" Olympic weight plates will fit this bar. Collars are not included. Exercises can include Pull Over, Upright Row, Deltoid Raise, Shoulder Press, Shoulder Shrug, Biceps Curl (seated), Biceps Curl (standing), or Tricep Extension.
