The Strencor Elite Half Rack gives athletes the ability to perform all of the strength exercises required by a coach/trainer safely and efficiently. This unit is made with heavy-duty 2.5mm steel and has a cambered pull-up bar, or two pull up pegs on the opposite side for close grip pull-up. The base connector has two bar storage, and 10 weight horn pegs for plate storage along the back uprights. Our J hook design is super beefy and uses an interlocking peg slide design and to make it even more secure we added a pull pin to lock it down. The safety arms are 24 inches long and all bar contact spots are covered with a hard dense plastic that will protect your bar from wear and tear. The base of the rack also comes with (6) band pegs for resistance training (3) on each side. All this is finished off with the signature Strencor ELITE plate logo.
